EXACTLY what I was looking for but didn’t think I’d find!!!! After being on complete bedrest for 9 months and hospitalized for 2, I neeeeeded something... to feel good about myself, to live healthier, and get stronger. After researching other gyms from orange theory to Pilates, I tried this class. I was done! It’s the perfect mix of cardio and strength training and I look forward to the next class... like really, I can’t wait to come back!!!! I’m the girl that has NEVER worked out before... just blessed with a fast metabolism so I never bothered... I’d meet a friend to trial a gym and then convince my friend to leave after 5 minutes to go eat!!! But after coming to Red Zone with Master D, I have so much fun in each class!!! The classes aren’t too big and everyone here is awesome!!! After only 5 classes, I’ve already seen a difference in my body, my ability, and how I feel!!!! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to get a GREAT workout and feel happier about their body!
